ORDERS

To place an order, simply look for the products you wish to buy on the website, fill the informations when requested (flavour, size, custom writing, quantity...)  and click "Add to Cart".

Once you are done with shopping, click on the top right corner shopping cart icon and "go to cart" 

You will be asked to choose "Pick Up" or "Delivery" as well as the date. Follow the procedure. Then, make sure you fill your correct details (address and phone number).

Click "checkout" if you wish to pay by credit card or choose any other payment method bellow (Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay...)

For the moment, we don't take any custom orders. However send us an email to tell us more about your project and see how we can help. 

Absolutely! We can pen down your words in a card and deliver it together with the rest of your order. To do so, please select our "Gift card"option with your order and write the little note you wish to add. 

Absolutely ! You can update your order - your personal details as your phone number or your address or even the date as well as the products needed. However, our Team need a bit of notice ! You have until 2pm the DAY BEFORE the pick up/delivery date.

After that time, NO UPDATE CAN BE DONE.

If your event is cancelled, you can cancel your order and will be refunded by VOUCHER only available for 1 year through our website.

However, our Team need a bit of notice ! You have until 2pm the DAY BEFORE the pick up/delivery date to let us know.

DELIVERIES

Please enter your postcode to check if your area is eligible.

Deliveries are all around Perth :

North : up to Butler
South : down to Coogee
East : as far as Kalamunda

Please contact us at info@frenchsweet.com.au if you are not too sure. 

We deliver everyday between 7am and 1pm. Please make sure someone is at the address on the selected day during this time to accept the delivery. 

If you need your order at a specific time, don't hesitate to get delivered the day before or select the VIP option (2 hours windows).

Our products are freshly made the night before delivery and will last if you keep them in a fridge.

Easy ! You will receive a text message the night before delivery (around 9pm) to let you know about an approximate time of delivery (giving you 2 hours windows). On the day of delivery, you will receive another text message 30 in before the driver is coming to your place !

Please get ready for your delivery and make sure a correct phone number has been provided to reach you.

We are happy to provide you with an everyday delivery service including Sunday at no extra charge. 

If you need a specific time, please select the VIP Delivery option giving you 2 hours windows.

You will receive a text message the night before delivery as well as an update 30 min before the delivery.

Then, our driver will knock at your door and try to call you if no one is home. Please make sure you provide your correct phone number to get in touch.

Very sorry about that !

If you have ordered macarons, we may be able to leave the order at your front if the temperature is not too hot and if it's safe enough. For cake deliveries, we can't risk it and we need to bring it back to our patisserie. 

You can reschedule a delivery on the next day for an extra $20 or come to collect it at our local partner shop in 100 Benara Road, Caversham before 5pm.


In any case, there WILL BE NO REFUND in case you missed us during your scheduled delivery. 

PICK UP

Your order can be collected at any of our 3 shops :

- Praline - 63 Krishon Road, Mount Pleasant WA


- La Petite by Maison Saint Honoré -117 C Birkdale Street Floreat WA

Your order will be ready for collection at our local partner shop on the day you chose.

PATISSERIE

All our macarons are gluten free except for Cookies n' Cream and Bubble Gum.

Our Triple Chocolate Cake and our Mango Mousse Cake are both gluten free too. 

You can store your macarons in a freezer for a few weeks. We don't recommend to keep your cake in a freezer. 

Cakes:

Our cakes can stay at room temperature (under 25°) for about 3 hours or up to 3 days 
in a fridge depending on the type of cake.

Macarons:

Our macarons can stay at room temperature (under 25°) for about 3 days or 1 week in a fridge or 3 months in a freezer.

French Pastries: 

To ensure the best taste and texture, we recommend to keep the danish at room temperature (under 25°) for no longer than 2 days. We don't recommend the use of a fridge.
