Traditionally Hand craft Almond Croissant made with imported French Butter, this Croissant is dipped into a syrup, filled with Almond cream not custard and baked twice.
Our Danish comes freshly baked. You can use them directly or freeze them.
Once frozen, you can defrost them straight in the oven at 180 Degrees for 5min. Or at room temperature for 2 hours. We recommend to re-heat them before serving to customer (2 min at 200 Degrees)
Shelf life of 4 days in dry display.
